Proposals for reports by Prof. DSc. Maria Jeliazkova and Assoc. Prof. Veneta Krasteva have been accepted for participation in a prestigious international conference. The conference is organized by the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and will take place on October 7-10, 2025 and will bring together participants from various countries in Europe and China.
The conference theme is: „Philosophical Foundations, Cultural Dimensions, and Societal Values of Ecological Civilization and Sustainable Development”. The report of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasteva is on the topic "On the necessity, implementation and fairness of the green transition in Bulgaria", and that of Prof. DSc. Jeliazkova- "The difficult reconciliation of social and environmental goals".
